Diet Day #6



I think it's day 6 already. I manage to FORCE myself out of bed and went running again! This time round, i ran 10 rounds and i think 3/4 of my life's gone againnnnnnnnnnn :/ I had like sweet barley porridge + 2 wholemeal bread with peanut butter spreading for breakfast. Baby's porridge + some stupid snacks i kind of regret eating right now for lunch & Dumpling ban mian for dinner! (Y)

Anws, i weigh myself this morning and i am 90 grams lighter. But after eating so much today, i think all the running today is pointless and i might have gain weight... ): Nvm, swimming tmr ^^

Today is not only diet day #6 but it's also the Go see doctor + walk walk + cooking + rot at home + pigging + dinner with baby Day! Hehehehe :)
